Request

The client needed to migrate from a monolithic architecture to a Kubernetes-based microservices platform while minimizing operational risks and ensuring a seamless transition.

What we did

Our DevOps team designed and implemented a production-ready Kubernetes platform on Hetzner Cloud. We containerized application components, introduced Helm-based deployments, secured secrets with HashiCorp Vault and added centralized observability with Prometheus and Grafana.

Result

Successfully migrated from monolith to Kubernetes, enabled independent microservice deployments, accelerated standardized releases and improved operational reliability. The new high-availability platform targets 99.9% service availability and provides a scalable foundation for future growth.
